For SAPIEN 3™ & SAPIEN 3 Ultra™ transcatheter heart valves, Edwards™ COMMANDER™ delivery system, Edwards™ eSheath™ introducer set, Edwards™ Certitude™ introducer sheath set, and Edwards™ crimper devices, if it bears this "MD" symbol on the label, please select the IFU with "MDR" in the part number.

For SAPIEN 3™ & SAPIEN 3 Ultra™ transcatheter heart valves used with Edwards™ Certitude™ delivery system, please select the IFU with "MDD" in the part number regardless of whether "MD" symbol is present.
