• How do I search for an Instruction For Use (IFU) or Operator's Manual?

  The Edwards IFU and Manual website is designed to help patients and healthcare professionals easily find complete instructions for using Edwards products. You can search for any Edwards IFU or Manual on the website by using the device Model Number, Product Family, or completing an open query on any term that identifies the product.

• What if no IFUs or Manuals are found?

  If the IFUs or Manuals you are looking for are not available, contact your Edwards representative for assistance.




• How do I view an IFU or Manual?

  Click the "View document" link. Once the document displays on your screen, you can scroll through each page, search for specific terms, or print selected or all pages. For best results, use Adobe ® to view the IFU or Manual.




• How do I download an IFU or Manual?

  Click the "View document" link to open and display the document. Once the document is opened in the web PDF viewer, click on the "Download" icon displayed at the top-right of the PDF viewer to download the IFU or Manual to your computer. You can then save it to a local drive or print it.

• How do I print an IFU or Manual?

  Click the "View document" link to open and display the document. Once the document is opened in the web PDF viewer, click on the "Print" icon displayed at the top-right of the PDF viewer to print selected pages or the entire IFU or Manual.




• How do I order a paper version of the IFU or Manual?

  1. Use one of the search methods to locate the IFU or Manual you would like to order.
     Note: Some IFUs or Manuals may not be available on the website. Some products only have the IFU/Manual provided physically with the product package.
  
  
  2. From the search results screen click the "add to cart" button to add the IFU and desired quantity to the shopping cart.
  
  
  3. When you are ready to order, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the screen. All items in your cart will be displayed.
  
  
  4. Click on the "Checkout" button to provide your shipping information.
  
  
  5. Fill out all required fields and click "Confirm" to submit your order. This service is free of charge.




• How quickly will I get my ordered paper IFU or Manual?

  Customers will receive orders for printed IFUs or Manuals within seven business days. The shipping schedule can be impacted by United States holidays.




• What if there is an issue with my order or if I am having trouble ordering an IFU or Manual?
